How can I convert .mov file to .ogg files using matlab/matlab toolboxes ?

I want to convert .mov files to .ogg files, in an automated way using Matlab so that I don't have to manually do it.
If there is any other way using any other language please let me know that as well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Asking an internet search engine for "convert mov to ogg" shows many solutions. There are a lot of online convertes, but I'd trust e.g. convert_a_video_to_ogg_with_vlc .
This might be usefull also: http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/pculture.org/mirovideoconverter// .

Note however that MATLAB mov files are an old format that is not really the same as QuickTime movies that is what is meant when some programs talk about mov files. The programs might work anyhow though.
