matlab code for Hierarchical Centroid Shape Descriptor method

This is an new method implemented in 'Automatic brain tumour tissue detection based on Hierarchical Centroid Shape Descriptor using T1-weighted MRI' IEEE paper. Please help me to find the code for this..

You can google the title of the paper and go through the listings; I find two companies listing that paper in the projects they can be hired for. However, the manner in which they list the projects gives me the impression that they specialize in assisting what would be considered plagiarism in my country, so I do not feel comfortable listing them.
