How to change the Value of a Parameter in S-Function from Matlab

Is it possible to Change the Value of a Parameter in a Simulink Model from Matlab? I have a script which creates structures from the Simulink Model and i want to be able to Change the Value of Signals and Parameters. Now, i have a Problem to Access the Parameters of a S-Function. I have a structure with all the Parameters, but Need to Change them.
