command "isstable"

i'm discussiong about the command "isstable" in Matlab. It is usefull for verify the stability of an lti system. But it seems it doesn't work with system with time delay!!! Is it very sad! It only verify if poles are negative... nothing else... shame!

why don't you do better? you can start by doing:

edit isstable
