About standalone application license

Hi, Because of the fact that one software is matlab based and exports .fig files, I have compiled a standalone application for just opening .fig files outside matlab! I have compiled it by licensed linux, windows and macintosh matlab compilers. Can I redistribute the standalone applications for opening .fig files to all the users of the other software?
