Hi All, I would like to measure the frequency response (Bode plots) of a real System Under Test using a Matlab algorithm. Basically I would like to interface Matlab/Simulink with a signal generator to generate the input command to the System Under Test (SUT) and read back from the SUT its output signal. Once the input signal and output signal vectors at each frequency point are known, then calculate the magnitude and phase lag plots. I am currently able to configure Matlab with the signal generator and I am also able to acquire the SUT output signal at each required frequency. I would like to know what kind of algorithm I need to generate the bode plots (magnitude and phase lag)once I have the SUT input command vector and the SUT output vector. The input command has the following characteristics: - Input command - sinus signal with 1Vpp, 10Vdc offset - Frequency range of the input signal [1:100] Hz Steps 1Hz
I tried to have a look in the forum but I didn't find any example applied to a real system. Please feel free to ask any questions for further information.
Thanks for the replies.
