How can I produce constant 5 MW output from a generator in MATLAB/Simulink?

I am trying to generate constant 5 MW output from a synchronous generator. I have tried with the three phase controlled voltage source and three phase synchronous machines but haven't been able to produce constant 5 MW. The real power output is always fluctuating. Can anybody help me to have a stable output?
