you'd need the code in this example: http://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/examples/automatically-detect-and-recognize-text-in-natural-images.html?prodcode=VP&language=en Dear sir,having the code in the above link i want to segment the text line wise before feed to OCR for script identification purpose what shall i do?mind you if you can give me the code.

thank you sir i will try!!!and from the link in the original question can it handle caption(artificial/superimposed texts from images)and can i make it for multilingual and font independent.
