• Is the problem reproducible?
• Did you call a user defined C-mex function before, such that the memory can be corrupted?
• When did the problems start? Right after the installation of Matlab or since you've updated the graphics drivers?
• What does pressing the "Details" button reveal?
• Did you follow the advice to send the details to MathWorks already?
