How to write a simple tlc-file for a *.m s-function

I have a really simple m-file s-function with a start- and output function. I need to use s-functions, because need to have a "initialisation"- and "processing"-phase in my simulation. Therefore, function-blocks wont work here.

But I am stuck at writing the tlc-file for real-time execution of my model. There doesnt exist any usefull examples in the mathworks-documentation or elsewhere in the internet. Is there any example for my problem?
