Why I get this strange Error Bars Shape?

When I used error-bar command,I got the following figure, which shows how the ticks at the end of the error bar larger at zero x-axis! is there anyone knows why? and how to fix it. Thanks

Can you attach the data that you are trying to plot and the exact command used? Can you also explain what you mean by "how the ticks at the end of the error bar larger at zero x-axis"?
