The histogram of matrix based on the sequence

Good morning:

I'd like to calculate the histogram based on the sequence in the matrix EX:

T = [5 5 5 4 ; 
      4 4 2 2 ; 
      2 2 6 6 ; 
      3 3 1 1]

So from 5, we have three, from 4 we have three, from 2 we have four and from 6 we have two and make the histogram graph based on the sequence in the matrix not ascending or descending.
