image writing using webwrite

As it is, your question makes no sense. webwrite is to send and receive data from a web server. Now possibly, your server accepts images and you could use webwrite to send it but to tell you how to do it we would need to know in what protocol the server uses to receive images (PUT or POST?, url format?, as a file or a blob of binary data?)
To save an image locally, you use imwrite.

As of now, i'm trying to write an array of data (using webwrite) to thingspeak server. But on doing webread, i'm not getting the array back. How to solve this problem?

I have never used thingspeak but from a quick read of the doc it doesn't appear that it supports uploading arrays let alone images.
Are you trying to do a bulk update of a channel rather than uploading an arbitrary array?
