Will Matlab support AMD GPU in future?

I plan to buy new computer for GPU intensive computing. I want Mac Pro but it has AMD GPU. Will Matlab support AMD GPU in future? I works well on my MBP which has nVIDIA GPU.

We periodically review support for OpenCL and AMD. At the moment it doesn't quite have sufficient support to provide the integration that MATLAB users expect. For instance, FFT library support is restricted to radices of 2, 3 and 5.

Support with what? Accelerated OpenGL graphics or GPU processing?

Because this forum is mainly supported by voluntary Matlab users, we cannot predict reliable, what TMW plans for the future. Contact TMW directly. Usually they do not answer questions concerning the future, because the future is flowing as Yoda has mentioned already.
