how to compare two graphs using adjacency matrix or using GXL file in matlab

i have created graph from the hand written word, i want to compare the graphs

this is my second image

how can i compare or match these graphs using adjacency matrix or GXL files??. is there any other methods are there to compare or matching two graphs?? help me thanks in advance

You asked something that sounds very similar before. Please clarify 1) exactly how this question is different from that previous question and 2) EXACTLY what you mean by "compare or match". Assume we understand graph theory but no idea what you're trying to do and explain your goal from the beginning.

Sir i am doing my project on graph matching of Hindi hand written numerals. I have generated graph for different numeral images I want to match the one image with another.example I have taken ten different images of number '6'. I want to match the one graph with remaining nine graphs.
