Dictionary Learning and Sparse Coding doubt

I am trying to implement this paper "Blood Vessel Enhancement via multi dictionary and sparse coding". You can find the paper attached. I have created both the dictionaries and got the value of sparse vectors but I am not able to get the final output i.e the enhanced image. Kindly check the code and let me know where am I doing it wrong??? I will be very thankful to you. Please find attached matlab files. (Load the variables in your workspace.)

NOTE: I am using Orthogonal Match Processing (OMP) rather than Batch Orthogonal Match Processing (B-OMP) but I think the result should be same (even though OMP is slow)
