Error in creating executable file

Hello,
I am trying to create an executable file from a Matlab GUI file, I think that I am doing everything correct, I introduce my main file and my additional files, in this case I have arx function, ss function, iddata fucntion and lsim function. I compile the file and when I execute it I have the next error, "Undefined function or method 'arx' for imput arguments of type 'iddata'" Any ideas for this error?
