Get value present at an index

hey i have a cell array:

    A={2,[2,4];0,4;[1,2],2;2,[2,4];2,2}

and matrix is:

   B=[4,1,0,5; 0,0,4,5; 1,2,4,0;  0,3,0,1; 5;3,0,0;  0,4,0,3]

how can i get value present at index shown by cell array A in matrix B.
