I want to divide my data-set using SOM

I have 200 data (contains 6 inputs and 1 outputs) and I want to divide the data into three subset using SOM. I was tried nctool for clustering the data according to Euclidean distance. from the data hit, I can see number of data in each cluster. But How can I extract the data contains each cluster? or which data-set in each cluster?
