How can ı clear plotted hough line in bw image?

I cant delete crop row after find crop row line with hough line transform. I want to convert plotted lines value to binary as zero. The aim of project delete crop roe and detect weeds. Thanks for replay.

You forgot to post the image. Usually people post an image when they want advice on the image. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/6200-tutorial-how-to-ask-a-question-on-answers-and-get-a-fast-answer I agree with Jan - it's confusing. The best I can figure is that you have an image of an agricultural crop in rows, and you want to blacken all the crop lines of the crop/farm. Which I think pretty much just means you want to set all green pixels to black, unless it's an isolated weed between lines of desired plants.
