Can Matlab open Grib2 files to extract data

I work with scientific data from NOAA. The files are GRIB2 type. Can Matlab open these.

https://github.com/nctoolbox/nctoolbox/wiki nctoolbox can open grib2 files locally and also remote via an OPeNDAP URL.

As of R2023b, the Mapping Toolbox feature readgeoraster, supports Grib2 files.
