Will MATLAB support running Julia code through MEX?

Will MATLAB add support for running Julia code through a MEX extension? The only way I see of running Julia code currently is through https://github.com/twadleigh/mexjulia, which seems very buggy and unmaintained.

The people who know the answer to the question "Will MATLAB add support for [some feature]" are bound by non-disclosure agreement to not give out any information. The people who answer Yes or No do not actually know the answer.

To find out Mathworks' plans for any feature, you need to talk to their Sales department and sign a non-disclosure agreement to get the information.
