Yes. My experience is that online tutorials, just trying and reading a lot on this forum helps a lot.
If you really need a consultant, you could hire a Mathworks consultant. Looks like they have a post in Madrid as well. But to me it sounds more like you need a starter course to learn it yourself, for which I would advise you to search for schools/universities organizing courses you could attend.
