Exporting MPC Controller from 1 pc to another

I would like to know how can I export MPC controller from 1 pc to another ? The thing is that I want to design the Simulink built-in MPC controller according to my plant in one pc and want to export/copy the already designed controller in to another pc. How can I do that?
