create a 3D bar from table of data

I have a table with years in column 1 and months in columns 2-13 with the table values representing total monthly precipitation. I'd like to create a 3D bar chart for selected years in which months plot on the x-axis, years on the y-axis and precipitation represented on the z-axis (height of the bar). Help?
