What happen if you discretize an inductor and implement it into a model with different discrete solver in simpower system?

If I discretize a inductor using Forward Euler method and implemented as a controlled current source, would the result still be accurate when the model is running with SPS solver: discrete (no continuous state) and simpower system solver: backward euler?
