How do I use Simulink.HMI programmatically?

Hello, I'm looking for a way to use the MATLAB API to manage connections between Simulink blocks and Simulink Dashboard blocks. There is no completed documentation related to the Simulink.HMI functions, even in the latest version of MATLAB (R2017b). I didn't find yet a way to get the complete Binding information of my Simulink model, already contained in the WebHMI.mat file stored in my_model.slx file.

Unfortunately the programmatic interaction with the HMI blocks are limited, however we have taken the feedback to enhance the same. Following MATLAB answer post discusses about the same:
