Repeated event in a array part 2

Hi everybody please see my last question: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/37395-repeated-event-in-a-array.

What I want to do, is find patterns and once I found a binary pattern, I want to plot in seperate plots of the pattern plus continuation of next 10 elements in different colour.

I hope this makes sense.

Also, since you have only just learned to find the patterns and plot the sections an hour ago, I doubt you have thought about this question much.

I believe there are a number of relatively straight forward solutions. What have you tried so far.

Thank you for that, I tried to ammend your arrayfun, to use plot rather than stem and changing the (0:n) but if you could help it would be very helpful.
