Splitting number from the file name using delimiter option

I have n number of sub folders in a folder. Time_0, Time_0.1, Time_0.5 etc..I have stored all the folder names in cells. Cell{1,1} has the name Time_0, cell{1,2} has the value Time_0.1 and so on...Now I want only the the values from that name fro making graph. How to use delimiter option to split the values
