One after the other, or simultaneously, or pairwise? What is the difference between the sizes 5x5x1 and 5x5? Matlab omits trailing singelton dimensions in general.

Maybe it is more efficient, if you explain at first with more details, what you want to do. I'm even not sure what a 5x5x1 kernel is. Spending time to display all possible solutions sounds like a waste of time compared to specifying, what is actually needed.
