Unknown error during installation MATLAB2015a

During the installation of Matlab 2015a, at a level of 99% a pop-up window appeared with the following notification: " Unknown Error. The application encountered an unexpected error and needs to close. You may want to try re-installing your product(s). More information can be found at C:\users\...\Temp\mathworks_cform.log". Why does this error appear during installation? How can I solve that?
