Query regarding MATLAB embedded coder

While generating code through embedded coder, can I add header files of my own i.e. other than those which coder creates by default? The header files should appear directly in .c after code generation. Is there a script available for this? Also I would appreciate if anybody would be able to tell me if this is MATLAB version specific.
