I keep getting
error using evalfis (line62):
The first argument should have as many columns as input variables and as many row as independent sets of input values.
I don't understand what they mean. This is what I use now as code:
out1=evalfis(dataTest(:,1:2),myfis1); % zero order
ee=dataTest(:,3)-out1;
rr=mean(ee.*ee)

The error is telling you that the number of variables that myfis1 expects is not the same as the number of columns of data you are passing in (which is 2 because you are selecting columns 1:2 out of dataTest).

Is there a specific way of passing the data to the evalfis when the data you need came from html-built UI?

No. You have to have already extracted the data from the HTML UI into arrays that then get passed to evalfis()
