how to track input command

i have a mimo closed loop control system with 4 inputs and 9 outputs. i have stabilize the system. now i have to track the height of the aircraft. could any one help me how to use tracking in simulink model.

@Jan, I think the current best answer is "no." I will be surprised if someone could guess well enough to post a helpful answer.
