i am using this code

am not getting the exact inverse
A= imread('lena1.jpg');
in= A(:,:,1);
output_zigzag = zigzag(in);
vmax = size(in, 1);
hmax = size(in, 2);
output_izigzag = uint8(izigzag(in, vmax, hmax));
please help me out in getting the zigzag inverse
