how BRATS 2013 dataset of MR images have been provided?

Recently, I’m working with BRATS 2013 dataset. Which is in (.mha) format. I want to know if the single image (i.e. in .mha format) consists of multiple MR images or it is just a single image which can be sliced up into many more images while preprocessing.

Why the BRATS dataset do not come up with reade file.?

I mean how do we know the data arrangement .What is HG and LG .How training and leaderoard folder organized.What does leaderboard means.

If you /anyone know the Description of the data please share.

Each challenge will be based on a collection of 60 de-identified clinical cases with expert annotations. Initially, the contestants may access 40 training cases with annotations. Several weeks before the meeting, they may upload the segmentation of leaderboard cases (10) to allow computation of scores as feedback. "Leaderboard" is a popular term (borrowed from golf) for a procedure to see how well you are doing on a pre-test set in order to get a sense of your relative competitive rank before submitting to a final test.
