活性化関数の定義とソースの確認

CNN内で使用する活性化関数の定義について確認したく， PC内のProgram Files\MATLAB\R2018a\toolbox\nnet\cnnにあるsoftmaxやReLu，Sigmoidなどのレイヤーのmファイルを見ているのですが， MATLABのHPにあるドキュメンテーション『たたみ込みニューラル ネットワークの層の指定』にあるような数式は，どこのｍファイルに書かれているのでしょうか？
