How to extract secondary structure alignment form PDB(Protein Data Bank) file?

Can anyone tell me how to extract the secondary structure alignment from a read PDB file? The alignment should be like CCCEEECCHHHHHHCC. C is for Coil, E for Sheet and H for Helix.
