How to write the mini-batch datastore

Hi I try to run the code in the example JPEG Image Deblocking Using Deep Learning but I can not figure how to write the function JPEGimagePatchDatastore. Is it already implemented somewhere?

In matlab, if you do

openExample('images/JPEGImageDeblockingDeepLearningExample')

it will open the example into the live script editor (and copy the relevant. There, you can execute the example directly, section by section. The JPEGimagePathDatastore is indeed provided with the example.

fullfile(userpath, 'Examples\images\JPEGImageDeblockingDeepLearningExample')
