Use app designer to create a button , that store data everytime we press it

I'm working with app designer and I want to make a button that records the data that the user will have entered and then cleans the space and then the user will be able to enter other values in the same numeric fields that we will also record before cleaning the space and so on. He can do it again as many times as he wants. I found an alternative to this by creating a lot of tabs and the user will have to fill them except that I can't create 26 tabs ( If the user wants to create 26 cluster, so he can't put 26 tabs).
