Why the function rainflow doesn't work in my MatlabR2017?

Hello,
I am using Matlab R2017a and I am trying to use the function rainflow like in this tutorial: https://www.mathworks.com/help/signal/ref/rainflow.html?s_tid=answers_rc2-3_p6_MLT
But, when I write
help rainflow
This message appears:
In addition when I use this the link below to access this example another error message appears:
openExample('signal/CycleCountsWithKnownSampleRateExample')

According to the documentation page for rainflow, this command was introduced in version R2017b.

Generally, no. One typically needs to download/install the new version. However, it may be possible that you can contact support and get the function. I think it would depend on your license agreement, what other functions this one depends on, etc.
