tracking

hey i am a new in matlab. After background subtraction, i want ot track a human being. can anyone tell me the simple and efficient algorithm and also the inbuilt function if any during the algorithm implementation so that it work fast where i can easily implement it .?

procedure is as follows (for stationary camera/background)

>> after background Subtraction, hold on this image

>> calculate & plot the centroid of segmented image (for example with '*')

>> then show image

>> do same procedure for all frames

NOTE : After background subtraction remove noise by some Morphological tool.
