Cantilevered Beam Mode Amplitudes

I've got some images of a polymer clamped at one end and free to fluctuate at the other. I believe this is a cantilevered beam problem. What I'd like to do is get the amplitudes of each mode. Given that I can find the coordinates of the 'backbone' of my object. Is there code or a script out there that can calculate and tell me the amplitudes of each of the bending modes?
