Transfer Function Problem in Simulink?

    When input to transfer function (1/s+1) at time zero is zero,how to get non-zero output from this function at simulation time zero in Simulink so that I can give it  to divider.

What you want to do is specify an Initial Condition(IC) to the block. Unfortunately, the transfer function block does not allow you to specify an IC. See this answer for more information - you will need to convert your transfer function to a state space equation, and switch to using a State Space (SS) block instead. The SS block allows you to specify an IC, which will be the output of the function at t=0.
