problem in [add] Optic Toolbox

hi every body i could download and Installal the Optic toolbox [SoftTDMv1.5M2010a] from this site but matlab detect problem below:

Does H:\matlab647\bin\SoftTDMv1.5 exist, and is it a directory?

1 .- unzip SoftTDMv1.5.zip then get inside SoftTDMv1.5 folder

2 .- Copy the (SoftTDM.m) file and (SoftTDMv1.5) folder into C or D or E:\Users\David\Documents\MATLAB.

3 .- Open MAtlab 2010a.

3 .- type >>softtdm and ready enjoy it

I did not copy the files in the folder[ install software ]
