Star pattern using recursion (HELP)

I've been asked to write a code in a drawing software (very basic, commands like forward, turn, repeat, subtasks etc. ) in order for it to draw this pattern using recursion (see image file). However, I have no idea how to do this. Could someone help me out/give me a solution?
