Query on Embedded Coder support for Beaglebone black board

We are planning to develop a custom application in Beaglebone black, which does phase shift calculation between two ultrasound sine wave signals. We would like to check whether Embedded Coder will be able to convert MATLAB script (which do phase shift calculation) in to code that can run on beagle bone black.
