Setting origin of coordinate scatter plot/ wind rose plot to a specified coordinates

Hello everyone,
I am using the ScatterWindRose function (https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/49488-wind-rose-as-a-scatter-plot) to plot variable values against latitude and longitude (coordinates).
I would like to ask if I could set a specific latitude and longitude in the code for it to be the origin of the plot? As currently the plot by the ScatterWindRose function has its origin at the point of minimum latitude and longitude.
Would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Hi matchadracula,
The ScatterWindRose function you are using from the File Exchange is a Third Party Add On. It shows no real way to control the orgin as the code itself uses the minimum latitiude and longitude for its internal implementation.
I recommend looking into polarscatter function in MATLAB. The link to its documentation is as follows :
