Multiple Input Orientations in a Subsystem Block

This is merely an aesthetic question, but is it possible to set up a subsystem block where the inputs aren't on the same side of the block? I'd ultimately like to have an input on the top surface with its corresponding output on the bottom and then a second input on the left side with its output on the right. Something to the effect of:

       \/
   > BLOCK >
       \/
