How to use narx module in simulink？

I created an NARX Neural Network with NN Toolbox with 10 hidden layers, 1:4 delay for the Inputs and 1:4 delay for the Outputs. When I use matlab script code for simulation, I can get good prediction results.however，when I use gensim get a module for simulink simulation, the output is always a fixed value. what should I do and how to set it up?
